On the other hand it would clarify the reading, between the long quotations (resumption of the post above) and the irrelevant additions, it becomes a hubbub and the signal / noise ratio falls in the socks. Sometimes we have a whole page with nothing in it ... (I count the insults like nothing)

I also see in it the possibility for contributors to think about condensing their thoughts to get their message across (what is well conceived etc ...)

I don't know if it's technically possible, but the idea seems very interesting to me.
It will be noticed that those who regularly treat others as trolls or insult them are as a rule by far the most prolific (in quantity of messages). Putting a physical limit on the number of daily messages would normally allow the phenomenon to drop a little, at least quantitatively.
