Well it was not so obvious, and I found the info nowhere on the site.
What put me in doubt is the proximity to the property line: 2m or just a little more. In these conditions, facades modifications are often refused by the town halls precisely ... to avoid the conflicts of neighbors.

Indeed, if less than 3m, this will be a problem, but I do not know how to advise you on the procedure to follow
