For my part (I am the least sporty in the family), it's cycling, walking and Tai Chi.
For children, in addition to cycling and walking, we add judo and football.
For dad, judo, Kenjitsu (I think it is written like that!), Dynamic gym, self defense and cycling.

of course, weather permitting, a little swimming and gardening.

Okay, I admit, I practice road biking, but I assure you Mr. Judge not in competition, just like that for the ride.

Sometimes, however, I do a descent at speed or Christophe descent a Rochefort : Mrgreen:

I validated too quickly and the message left too early.

I therefore correct: me, it is the hunt for waste - obviously. :D

Running, competition over 10 km with half-marathon. More swimming and cycling in the past, so triathlon.

So what is your sport?

I open the ball 8)

My favorite sports are mountain biking, trail running and hiking.
All this often tends to drift on one or the other raid.

Hi Gregconstruct

My favorite sport is

FUNDAMENTAL ENDURANCE

No sweating
(at the limit of apparent sweating / non-sweating)

No breathlessness
(borderline shortness of breath / non-shortness of breath)

No Suffering
(tendinitis = true tear = rest

guaranteed sport:
without drug and addiction (endo) morphine
without addiction "to the always more" megalomaniac
odorless

In groups, the weakest is in the lead

FUNDAMENTAL ENDURANCE is a sport!

You can fart my score without sweating or shortness of breath

ex: 700m / h of elevation with strong deceleration
(because of FUNDAMENTAL ENDURANCE Huh !!)
mid Road
from 1500m to 2000m for altitude unsuitability

at 40 years old and 15 kg bag

And you get your patent mental torture option executioner successfully

uhhh: 700m / h without sweating, I want it to be cold this WE but still. me, if I exceed 400 m / h, I wet the shirt

that said, sweating depends on people.

I guess your hike was on foot.

for my part, I did 800m on 12kms in about an hour ... but it was on mountain bikes with electric assistance, so not extremely ecological. : Oops:

In recent elevation I do 10metre in a few minutes..And I soak anything that can be soaked ...

Climbing for 6 years, first club registration ... I am with youths of 25 years at most and professional firefighters ... P'tain je pie ... It's fadas of the roof and the slope (but indoors you have to do the extreme because very short)

I can hike more than uphill because of a very painful knee after a few meters of descent ... (the ramps for disabled people are nightmares for me)

The only thing safe in the future. It is that there may chance that it conforms to our expectations ...
