I added the TOP 10 of the last messages of the forum in the EconoBarre.

This is the icon with the arrow to the right of the news RSS. But I also deleted the instant messages. I will deliver it if necessary when I need to send messages.

Attention for obvious reasons (server overload) the refresh is only done every 2 hours. But as soon as possible I would integrate the TOP10 on the forum (I have problems with the layout ...)
