there is also openoffice draw, which offers a lot of possibilities, including quotes and a kind of 3D
I did some drawings with it, not always easy but good rendering

I want to make the plans of a recumbent bike, I would like the "tool" to allow me to visualize the rendering in 3D, the dimensions, the angles ...
