Problem of access to the site since 48h?

Problem of access to the site since 48h?

Have you noticed any slowdowns or problems accessing the site for 48 hours?

For my part the site does not respond by periods (random) of up to 5 consecutive minutes and according to the capture below it would not come from my connection:
