OK, so this is the geological phenomenon of Rainbow Mountain in Peru.

The Wikipedia page: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vinicunca
Geology
This mountain owes its color to an accumulation of sediments for millions of years. Its multicolored appearance, totally natural, is due to the mixture of red iron oxide, the green color of copper sulphate and yellow sulfur.

Many indigenous people live in small hamlets in these mountains. The main inhabitants being the Quechuas, who are the descendants of the Inca populations. Originally covered with snow, Vinicunca has subsequently undergone global warming and unveiled its colors. It is a landscape very protected by local people. It is in this landscape that the inhabitants are breeding, including llamas, horses and alpacas. Thanks to the burgeoning tourist activity since 2016, the local populations manage to live a little more easily.

Tourism
The rainbow mountain had escaped mass tourism, and had its first visitors only in 2016. Indeed, many tourist agencies in Cuzco now offer its discovery. The ascent is possible only on foot or on horseback, and is done in 6 hours (trip from Cuzco). Thanks to a project set up by the Vice Minister of Tourism in Peru with the local communities of Chillca and Osefina, four hostels have sprung up in the heights of the city, to allow tourists to walk the paths of the mountain and also to help the Quechuas economically. Indeed, they perceive benefits from tourism activity, allowing them to reinvest in productive activities for the community.

The treatment of the color in the photo must also play a lot.

Here, paler:

There is obviously a fixing foot.

But I do not see how it can serve.

Yes for the fixation foot ... can be just temporary?

The conical conical part consists of wheels ... it means that something is moving on (or in ...)

I feel that the right answer will be surprising ...
