Animal abuse: the L214 association denounces the practices of a pig farm in Yonne
Tails cut raw, blows with a screwdriver, teeth pulled out with pincers, the animal defense association L214 accuses a pig farm in Yonne of mistreatment. The collective is based on images shot by a former employee of the site. The videos are published this Thursday, August 19.

one should not be deluded, that only condemns the excess of violence, not violence itself such as the pulling of piglets' teeth, their tail trimming, the crushing of the gonads and other things of the same kind.
Bidoche eaters should think about this when they consume the proceeds of these legal tortures. that they could not stand for their darling doggie and their kitty.

Wild boars photographed saving their fellows from a trap

by Brice Louvet August 27, 2021

A group of wild boars were recently photographed rescuing two of their fellows locked in a trap. Considered to represent an advanced form of empathy, such escape attempts have only been recorded in a handful of highly prosocial species.

Baby shark born in an aquarium could be a rare case of parthenogenesis

This baby shark was born in Sardinia, in an aquarium containing only two females. Scientists now say it could be a very rare case of parthenogenesis - reproduction from an unfertilized female gamete. If the phenomenon has already been observed in more than 80 animal species, this newborn could be the first documented case of parthenogenesis in this species of shark.

This greyhound shark (Mustelus mustelus) born in the aquarium of Cala Gonone in Sardinia, was baptized Ispera, which means “hope” in Sardinian, according to the Italian media AGI. In the basin where he was born, two females have lived together for about ten years, without any male.

It seems to me to have read somewhere that certain fish change sex either at different stages of their life or in adaptation to its environment (if too many males become females and vice versa) ...

South Africa, the land where any animal encounter can take place. This time a lead was the arena of a fight between a leopard and a porcupine.

Many tourists in the Kruger National Park have witnessed an unusual fight between a leopard and a porcupine.
