And why the ANTS says that it is absolutely necessary this transfer code to register the vehicle?
First page of your registration form:
Do you have a transfer code ... 2 choice YES button or NO button click on NO and follow the rest of the process ... They will ask you for additional documents ....
Ok, thank you.
As there I sold I was not entitled to the back of the decor
And we were talking about it with my wife this afternoon and we were wondering about the purchase of the next one, if we come across a guy who never gives us the disposal code how do we do it?
Thank you for this reassuring response.
Here is another thing that we discovered at the expense of a buyer who had ripped us off and who we ripped off unintentionally.
A few years ago we traded a Renault commercial for the old Panda 4x4 current (gray card not in the name of the type but of a garage in Monaco, I tell you not the binz)
The Panda was in a pitiful engine state in reality but as it is simple mechanics our mechanic enjoyed it.
On the other hand, the trickster was at its expense because my wife had sincerely forgotten that she had a slew of unpaid tickets dating from the calendars on this vehicle from the time she lived in Marseille ...
And we did not know that his vehicle was therefore struck by an OTCI
opposition to the transfer of the registration certificate...
Except to pay the 600 € that my wife owed ... um ...
We never heard from the guy who must have said to himself: well too bad for this time I'm leaving
If there was a document, at the time, that I would never have thought of asking a seller it was this thing.
Now I saw that it was in the detailed administrative status certificate ... which is a good thing.
