Now it's possible to switch to dark mode thanks to extensions ...

I am testing several I would tell you which one is the most compatible with the forum (for Chrome and Firefox) ...

The 2 that I tested are not terrible at the moment!

I have "Dark Reader" for Firefox, I am very happy with it. You can adjust the brightness and contrast (among others).

Here is the best for Firefox (for the forum):

Dark Background and Light Text

https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/a ... ight-text/

Among the 5 tested!

Strangely it is not the most used ... but hey ... we can not have the quality and quantity! : Mrgreen:

I just tested it, not great ... at home at least ...

Try the one I just recommended to compare?

I prefer Dark Reader, we can refine the settings as we want.

For Chrome, no need for extension, it is offered natively from version 78 8) 8) 8)

To activate it copy / paste this in the nav bar: chrome: // flags / # enable-force-dark

It works perfectly well!

Too bad that for FF it requires an extension (which seems to make a little row ...)

I did not tweak each setting but by default Dark Reader erased all the editing icons here: : Arrowu: : Arrowu: : Arrowu:

As a reminder, the advantage of dark mode is twofold:

- save your eyes
- save energy

I don't know why we don't put it natively on smartphones and tablets ... probably (bad) habits ...

You can also activate the dark mode easily under win 10
