It would indeed be worth “A single graphic proposal” which holds together.

It's called a "graphical charter" with the "color codes” (often a “Pantone” code per color)

And then "we" stick to it and we don't change for a very simple reason:
— it is only through these subtle biases that can be done “brand identification," for example.
