That's the new forum is in place ... all the data has been migrated (and a priori correctly) which includes personal data, private messages ... etc etc ... it was not necessarily easy, especially because of the encoding but win lol!

Here is a small list of changes, I will complete it as and when there are so many changes that I quote only the most important, I tried to take into account most of your expectations (see bistro / newbornforum-a-come-what-you-want-as-function-t14350.html)

General:

a) Changing the structure of the URLs: the internal links of the new forum have all been edited for them to be functional.
We go back to the old URL: https://www.econologie.com/forums/

b) Fight against spammers: protection at registration and external links protected what should excite 95% of small malignant

c) Ability to add topics to a system of favorites and subscription (I have not yet understood the nuance ...)

d) Possibility to change the theme, this is done in your profile -> Preference of forum.
I installed 4 themes and their color variants, selectable to choose from.

There is a "dark" theme because some requested it and a more professional theme ...

e) And many more ... other functions that I let you discover while sailing ..

Editing messages:

a) Advanced editing functions of messages, for example there is the possibility of embedding videos directly on the forum (The best thing is that you test all the new icons of the editing window)

b) Ability to save a message as a draft for later (useful for messages that require reflection). You will find it then in your profile

c) Management of attachments now included in forum. For the moment it is limited to images and documents (.pdf, .doc ...)

d) Possibility of rapid response

Social:

a) We can love any message with the little heart. Hearts (given or received) appear as members in public posts

b) We can thank the author of a particular topic. There is a ranking system.

c) You can put other members in friend or on the contrary ignore them

Moderation:

a) Ability to make warnings that will be archived before ban

b) Moderation history (as Wiki)

c) Hosting attachments

Ce forum has a powerful system of management of the attachments (with for example historical in your profile! something that was missing before!), so please use to the maximum, as on the old one forum, it is not advisable to use (pleonasm!) external image hosts!
