Limiting the effects of alcohol to the disruption of reflexes is hum ... very reductive and very incomplete!

For example, alcohol increases risk-taking (all risks combined, see my remark on alcohol and the military above), in short it gives (false?) Courage and also develops creativity and bold ideas. Obviously it also boosts the sense of humor (bullshit version ...) ... and so on!

Few great artists do not booze regularly! : Cheesy:

Also, not sure that you would be born without alcohol! Do you know how your (big) parents met?

Other excerpts of the same movie, excellent! Just for Janic's open-mindedness:

Limite cult this film in passing but not very known!

I love this film, but there is still heavy alcoholism, even in apology!

It was the "good time" for the promotion of the picole and the tobacco, in almost hidden advertising, to finance the films. Today the cigarette has almost disappeared from the screens, but not the picole; on the contrary, its promotion is more and more present, especially in American films from elsewhere where the camera insists on alcohol ads.
But if you defend spout and angles the picole, why not do the same for tobacco?
" a cigarette is fine, it's three cigarettes and hello damage! " or "tobacco to consume in moderation" or "only the excess is harmful, a small dose has never hurt anyone, it is the dose that makes the poison"

Because tobacco is 100% crap, 100% poison, 100% useless. Tobacco is indefensible.
Ps: The expression is "tooth and nail".

We say that today by recommending the current science, which also says that alcohol is shit, 100% poison, 100% useless. So alcohol is indefensible, even less defensible than tobacco because it does not lead to domestic violence, for example.
