Hello,
If I need to talk about status, I can bring my stone: I just redo the satuts of a fairly important asso (50 000 € turnover)
The statuses available at the previous link are outdated. It should rather status of this type:http://admin.mairie11.paris.fr/mairie11/jsp/Portail.jsp?id_page=278
Creating an association on the legal level is very simple.
As regards the initial subject, I think it is better to set up the association and then make a brochure, maketing, ect ... This gives more credibility to our interlocutors who have not considered to put money in a structure that has no legal status.
If I can be useful, it makes me happy.
