Eco raffle: a new concept

I just came across a new concept: the eco-tombola on wikio
action-ecologique.fr

personally I find it quite original and I think we should encourage this kind of action because it affects a very large audience and it helps raise awareness of environmental issues on a larger scale.
I await your reactions!

Much too much marketing / email harvesting for my taste ... not to mention the fact that we do not know at all who is behind it: is it just legal to collect emails and organize a "raffle" without clearly announcing who we are?

Hello Christophe, I bounce back from your message ...
The site is under construction, all the data is not yet present (regulations & legal notices in particular) but it is obviously completely legal to organize a raffle and therefore, to collect e-mails in order to warn Internet users of the official release of the site.
I cannot clearly say if the previous message is spam, in any case, it does not come from the company in charge of this ECOLOGICAL ACTION, nor from the many supporters that we have today, suppliers & associations. (To my knowledge).
