I have the very rare chance to choose in my life and not be influenced by the debile speculations.
OK we will all buy a house at the market price and we will do
how to pay for it? a beautiful house to hang in there
why not ???
for me the criteria for increasing a home is
inflation, the price of materials etc ... but no case an agreement
of banqusters (it's not me) who have agreed to increase the duration of the credits that inevitably go
an increase in demand, that seems logical to me!
mathematics and logic put a nice slap in the face, but they left some families on the floor
I experienced the same situation when the sale of motor homes
down, the funding went from 60 to 120 months and the smicards started to buy vehicles that they enter
1 year after, we have no right to make people believe that they can
access to property if they can not afford it ...
it's time to be reasonable !!! shit !
the sheeps ! wake up !!!

I thought you had a more revolutionary method than that!

You've still been lucky to find a house for less than 100 000 €!

I had just raised my budget because I did not find 80 000 €.
It was 1999.

Christophe wrote:ps: hey shit I do not find the same numbers as you with my spreadsheet ... would there be an error in my calculations?

Ah, maybe you had something for the credit?

My contribution, 10 years of savings on a PEL, allowed us to pay the notary and the real estate agent with whom we negotiated the price, he lowered his com of 1500 € (4500 instead of 6000) and got that the seller drops his price of 3000 €.
In fact before finding this house, the financing plan was completed, I told the agent that my budget was closed but that I could not (wanted) any more.

Your spreadsheet is not in question, I was able to obtain, after signing the sub-seign, a loan on 1% employeral amount of 13720 € to 1.5% I think. This allowed me to decrease the loan of 3 years (15 years instead of 18 years), decreasing the main loan by the same amount.
The refund that I announce is the accumulation of 2 monthly payments, that of the employer loan is about 90 €.

I also realized a good operation on the insurance of the loan (subrogation of insurance) which makes me save 4500 € on the global budget. I pay each year an insurance premium indexed on the outstanding capital and on our age. So every year, the insurance on my home loan decreases because there is less to repay. When the insurance is integrated in the credit one pays monthly the same monthly payment from the first to the last year. The bank gorges on that too ... She made a joke when I told her I was not taking credit insurance. :D

real estate price

Good evening,
To all those who ask me for advice to buy a house (built or to do), I tell them that 30 years to eat potatoes is too much to fatten the banks. Also, I prefer to answer for debt on the price of land, materials, basic tools, beers for pals who bring elbow grease and their house will remain a reasonable price; then they will do the same thing with the other friends. and pan on slavery!
