good ba voila I have not resist as I had to mow my lawn I took advantage to turn my lawnmower and my sweeper after 50% and it works nickel and I chahainner with the car without pb ^^

can denis tell me if he has changed something in his car your beauf and that she adds master? because I already thought that a carburetor adjustment will be necessary on the other hand I am always on the "aditife" most appropriate to add to protect valve and segmentation to pass to 100% ethanol :?: :?:

Yeah, he's not going to advertise when his engine burns ...
just for info, at 100% of E85, it is necessary to increase the flow of 30% and in cold weather to predict the start pilot and a good battery : Mrgreen:

What do you mean by 30% ?? and pk of the pilot start? ethanol is not enough to start in cold weather?

by the way in ethanol there is not already 15% of gasoline? where does the name E85 ??

Bonjour à tous

About difficult start with ethanol. I was chatting with a grandpa who told me that during the last war, they had turned a gasoline vehicle into alcohol.

Unfortunately, he did not remember the changes (63 years later) ... :frown: : Mrgreen: except that there was a coil around the exhaust to heat the alcohol
and everything came directly to the carb! But the start was only possible with gasoline (very rare at the time) and he switched to alcohol once the engine warm.

No SMS writing please ...

If a car consumes 10L with gasoline, it will consume 13L at E85 ...
Normally alcohol requires a much higher volumetric ratio, of the order of 14 or 15 / 1 to get the best ... without 15% gasoline, a motor with less compression would not start especially by t ° low because the alcohol does not release more flammable vapors ...
