We come back to the choice:

-Continue to consume a lot, with heavy powerful vehicles, using agrofuel (which has a deplorable carbon and ecological footprint) to give yourself a clear conscience.

-Reduce consumption, with lighter, less powerful vehicles, in order to prepare for a total change in propulsion mode (electricity, compressed air, stirling) which will be compatible with a less fuel-consuming vehicle.

This choice is individual but the sum of the individualities can influence the manufacturers and producers.

there is a difference between:

- press on the spot (without transport and oriental geopolitical war style gulf war soap opera) oil pushed in the open field by the farmer who collects the cake to feed his animals (and avoid giving the USA soya GMO cake) and have its own agricultural fuel to replace red fuel

- grow wheat and corn to transform them into alcohol, since in France sugar cane does not grow and there is therefore no waste, that in + it must be treated, watered, then ferment to see the alcohol (as for the gnole) = strong release of greenhouse gases, all this for gasoline engine (which farmers do not have) or fireplace so saying "BIO" while we no lack of wood?

in + wheat raises the price of rapeseed ...

I take the example of those who know the difference between a thermal solar panel and a photovoltaic solar panel:
bioethanol is a real agrp-carbruant industrial scam!
the gasoline engine should have disappeared anyway ...
it is a means like any other ^ for the oil lobby to try to make the fuel oil (+ cake) disappear.

more in the next episode: ethanol doubles the price of the baguette: how far will they go?
