For the 806 8-valve gasoline (LFW 1.8L and RFU 2.0L engines) you must either lubricate the cylinder head more or change the valve seats.
Be careful to check the type of engine because on Peugeot there are a lot of engines which require either to modify the cylinder head or to lubricate it better:
RFW 2.0L which also equips the Boxers, the LFX 1.8L of the 406, the 4B12 2.4L 16S of the 4007.
In short before switching to LPG you must check the type of engine to find out what modifications to make.
You have to see with the person who installed the LPG because he should have known what had to be done.

slut I had time to clean the becane, it turns, (in the crank for the moment).
I still put the oil not decanted, balance:
I did not put the internal bowls just the high and low bell, the capacity is too small on the model that I have here, but let's say that with the test and the cold oil, I quickly filled the edges of the bowl with molasses and the oil came out pretty clear, but that's not conclusive.
The engorgement is rapid, therefore decantation compulsory with such a small volume of bowl I think.
I will try with a decanted hot oil, and one already decanted and pre-filtered to see if it still thins ...
in any case it is centrifugal and even by hand it turns quickly but it is tiring
The story begins
to be continued

Good evening, good morning,
After some modifications and tests, the balance for the centrifuge, well it is too small , the flow is much too low, suddenly the power consumption would be too high ...
I drop and I will take the simple method of gravity filtration, find a corner where it will not bother me and take my pain in patience.
But I do not admit defeat as soon as I have found the parts missing from the big cream separator I start again ... the Breton is stubborn it is known a little C .. also but that is another story;)
Anyway, I'll be back ...

centrifuge is very effective in separating what is denser or less dense
to purify the oil we don't care whether the impurities are heavy or light! we want to separate what is liquid or solid: the solution is the filter
centrifugation does exactly the same thing as decantation, but much faster: it is useful for milk which is perishable: to wait until the cream settles slowly it is to wait until the milk is spoiled: the cream separator is essential for do it quickly
in the case of oil there is no hurry: if the decantation separates part of the impurities, there is only to wait ... and then filter to separate the impurities which do not separate by decantation

Chatelot, I agree the only thing is that there is room I need for something else so the idea of speeding up the process always tempts me as much;).
on the other hand it is also a fact that the filters have their limit, and that the centrifuge does a more homogeneous work, without the need as with the ironing filter.
and it is also a pleasure to hack some people see it as a waste of time, I see the possibility of learning better, and seeing that it is my time ....
That said, I’m going to the filter for the moment ...
