Well done to them! Can they make oil task (!) Easier than in France ...

Just something in the article, biofuels "CO2 neutral"It is a rather quick shorthand and which only concerns biofuels that could be qualified as" primary ", that is to say directly from the plant, without transformations ...

And even those there, in absolute terms, are not 100% neutral ... unless 100% of the energy-consuming steps "from seed to wheel" (by analogy to the oil method "from well to wheel") use primary biofuel ...

Finally must also stop spitting in the soup eh ... 80% less CO2 is always good to take ...

I do not think that my remark can be interpreted as a spit in a preparation based on mixed vegetables ...
Especially knowing my position in relation to biofuels.

It was in relation to MY remark that I said that ... not yours ... in short, self-criticism ...

I note in passing that it seems, contrary to popular belief (or even worse ...), that we can completely comment on court decisions!

Hi,
I am sending you a press release following the judgment rendered by the Administrative Court of Appeal of Bordeaux on 12/12/2006, which judgment has just been sent to us.
I wish you good reception.

PRESS RELEASE

Villeneuve had the right to use HVP
The court granted the Community of Villeneuvois Communes and the city of Villeneuve-sur-Lot the right to continue using pure vegetable oils.
The court takes up the legal arguments on which we had decided to initiate an innovative policy in favor of renewable, non-polluting fuels.
For more than a year, the government and the UMP deputies have used all means to prevent communities from implementing this policy.
The Administrative Court of Appeal of Bordeaux has just given us reason legally.
Technically, the experiment is conclusive because the vehicles using sunflower HPP did not experience any mechanical breakdown or incident.
The CCV and the city of Villeneuve-sur-Lot are delighted with this success and call on local authorities, particularly in the south west, to contribute to sustainable development by implementing this innovative energy policy.
