It sucks to throw it: duck fat replaces butter in cooking (the health level as in taste).

all agree, but with the current production there is only a very small part that is potted for resale because this market is only anodedotic.

most of the volume of fat goes to the furrow, which is why last year, I was interested Andre's burner ball on another forum trying to try to use duck fat ... : Cheesy:

but hey, it's too much of a mess to make a regulation ...

by against, able to transform any type of organic waste into fuel (biodiesel) is a seductive concept :P ......
