Well rather than continuing the penis contests, I prefer to continue to advance in the good, so I have just launched the following comparative CFD analysis:

Results in 40 minutes (of calculations)... there are almost 250 cells to calculate 8) I'm surprised it's going pretty fast!

I'm going to refrain from commenting so as not to become insulting...and here I am targeting all manufacturers of closed cubic trailers... : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen:

Comparative CFD analysis between a profiled trailer and a prismatic trailer on the pressures:

So SIMPLET have you understood there or still not? : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen:

the flow of the towing vehicle is missing

a trailer without a towing vehicle is useless!

Little question ...

How many kWh did this study consume, how much energy was spent, in terms of material, time, why?

If it's for fun, well, we can understand.

My third there?

It's very pretty, although I can't really see the scales.
The problem is precisely that you will refrain from commenting. I knew and supervised lots of young engineers who manipulated software and who came out full of beautiful results, curves, balance sheets,... but who were just incapable of explaining what had to be deduced from it, and above all incapable of judge the range of validity of the results. It comes out of the software, it's good... Period.
Beyond what Remundo reminds us of the necessarily significant impact of the speed profile downstream of the towing vehicle (which will change everything in the results), what do you deduce from this?
Additional l/100km? That would still be the truth witness, right?

All the mediocrity and human contempt summed up in 3 messages from 3 morons… who are not even screwed up to read and understand a subject or a concept correctly despite clear and detailed explanations and for the record I have already spoken of l / 100…
