Twilight outdoor lighting

Good evening everyone,
my name is ledaron and it's my first visit, I find your forum awesome.
My first question is:
I want to install 3 floor lamp in my driveway outside. I would like that lamp post turns on automatically at night (twilight, but that towards the night (22 or 23 hrs) they go out and so on.
Could you help me about this (hardware and assembly diagram).

Do not worry about doing a homemade thing, there are kits by expensive "ready-made" here is one whose threshold is adjustable to less than 10 €:

On the other hand must weld it yourself (less than 1h for a beginner not too clumsy) ...

Thanks to you for responding so fast, but I'm just a beginner .Es that there is not a device ready in 220 Vlts in which I could adjust the time of stop.
