Hi,
how are you doing for lighting?
I had a problem today at startup, as I am modulating the ashes are less hot and it forms a package just in front of the resistance.
So I drilled holes right after the resistance, I'll see if it solves my problem, otherwise I would add a compressed air hose.
Otherwise 1er cleaning today after + 100kg of burned.
I have 1L output of ash, no traces of tars and no deformation of the nozzles.

Before adding an air hose, try something.
ah yes you can not because your fan is fixed speed.
because my burner is program to do a cleaning.
I tell him that all 20min he has to blow harder for about 30 sec. What cleans a little.
it avoids too much deposit.
during cleaning I bring back a little more granule to avoid extinguishing the flame.
Another thing, the influx of air, must come mainly from behind, to blow the coals well from the front.

This is the boiler is finished and reliable to date, starts without any addiction and it regulates perfectly.
I got a small compressor and a pneumatic brake tank for trucks, so I need more of my big compressor.
I increased the section of the pipes, so I went from a pressure of 5bars to 2 bars, savings savings !!
I also solved my problem of ash in front of the resistance by adding a pneumatic purge.
Addition of 2 clocks, a daily to lower the house temperature to 19 ° C from 22H to 6H.
The 2eme to regulate the professional part of the house.
I have 3 probes in the house to have a constant temperature in every way.
Addition of an inductive sensor on the pellet reserve to avoid "defusing" the endless screw when the level is low.
Changing the photoresistance of place, it is now in the intake duct pellets.
Addition of an inter / stop plus a diode to indicate any malfunction
The running conso is 85W and 10W on standby.
