I think it's a very good initiative to think about the future. I do not want to play the joy flap but I ask myself questions: It is said:
"the 140-year-old" young "pine tree absorbed 10 tonnes of CO2 over its" short "life".
How many years will it take before it reaches 50 T? What is the probability that it will reach this age?
Another question, how many tonnes of CO2 will a man produce during his lifetime?
Bucheron, you estimated 50T of CO2 for 250000KM by car ... at the rate, it is not a tree that would be needed per person but a good hectare (or 100 trees if we count like them 10m² per tree) if we wants to be sure that they did not contribute to the increase in the hole above us

The greenhouse effect due to CO2 has, to my knowledge, little to do with the hole in the ozone layer, is that what you are talking about?
