I did know this module but, unfortunately, it is not appropriate. I'm looking for a sensor to put permanently in a muffler, to measure NOx in real time. I know it exists (all embedded devices NOx catalytic reduction are equipped), but I can not get my hands on the sensor itself!

These systems rarely equip cars (besides I do not know any that has a NOx reducer), on the other hand on trucks it is more common: must p'tèt see on that side ...

Basic Info:
http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capteur_NOx
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nitrogen_oxide_sensor
There is currently no properly functioning NOx sensor on the market, although several automakers and OEMs such as Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, NGK or Delphi and public laboratories have focused on their development.

thank you for these links, Dedeleco, I immerse myself in it.

I found another one, in Japan, at NGK (which is quoted in wikipedia):
http://www.ngkntk.co.jp/english/product/sensors/exhaust/zfas-n2.html

that's exactly what I'm looking for, but the product seems to be still in development ...

I am a little surprised by the pessimism of the sentence that you quote:
There is currently no NOx sensor on the market that works properly

indeed, even if they are not yet ultra-developed, urea systems exist and use such a sensor. In the meantime, this is still NOx for our small bronchi and for the production of ozone: NO2 + 02 -> NO + O3! (reaction favored by solar radiation and temperatures above 25 °: as much to say that things are going strong these days !!!)

Oops! I did not pay attention.

but if ! it is also a story of heating: my fixed engine gasogene for cogeneration will make a lot of nox and it will be even more justified to put this system on a vehicle

a track !!

the NGK probe equips Audi with FSi engines and other Golf with the same engine, under the name 8Z0906261

It is sold on the following website, for 170 £ (~ 200 €)

this probe seems to exist according to different denominations, according to the manufacturers. For example: 059 907 807A. It can be found on the Internet.

These probes communicate by CAN bus. But impossible to find the transmission protocol!

It's annoying to see that there is a tool and can not use it!
