It will advance science! Maybe ... because it depends on the year. And move the moon back - damn it, we're gonna be in the dark!

No worries, the onions will also be good under 25cm of hay. Everything will thus be balanced. : Mrgreen:

Concerning mildew, numerous articles appear every year. In My House, My Garden, they write that we must clean up the earth. So competent they even write that they are bacteria.
Didier you still have work to do!
Like Didier, I leave my feet in place and I have no more background than the others. Like you, my tomatoes under the hat are not so bad, a little bit anyway. The others, on the other hand, produced almost half as much as a normal year and are stalled now.

My house My garden is decoration !!! It must be beautiful. Who's talking about producing ??? These are people who have money, they buy organic from Biocoop and show their superb lodging ...

They don't talk about agronomy!

Yes, there's work ... I even think I'll be dead before I finish it!

Who says autumn in my region, says risk of nocturnal frosts soon (for the moment, it has dropped twice to around 4 ° C).
Given my limited availability in the vegetable garden during the week, I preferred to take the lead and enter the first wave of pumpkins (bright red from Etampe and Jaune from Paris).
The second wave will be nothing more than the 3 or 4 "bonus pumpkins" (as I like to call them). They are not big enough to harvest them now, but they will surely be within 15 days.
I can therefore take the risk of leaving them outside for a little longer because the main harvest was satisfactory.

I then went for a walk in the greenhouse (given the mildew disaster in it, I hadn't been there for about 1 month ...). And I was amazed to see this plant (starting on two stems) on the right side getting busted by mildew and on the left side, everything is healthy! I think it's a "cherry tomato" variety. No treatment!

I also took the opportunity to harvest the only "survivor" on 26 feet ...

:(
I was luckier than you, but it was the weather from the beginning of August, which saved me the day, plus my small interventions.
