I own a pellet boiler Pelletmatic Okofen 15KW installed since September 2013.
For some time the knob of the "Pelletronic plus regulation" installed on the boiler does not respond correctly and the LCD screen becomes illegible on its right side.

Has anyone had this type of problem?
I contacted Okofen by email without reply to date
