I confirm: no danger a priori unless it seems to be a chemical but it would surprise me very much.

No problem for the garden, you can spread. Be careful not to breathe too much dust, it is not necessarily good to breathe.

yes indeed it can clear the dust, but as you unroll in the air it must go, at worst as it is not hot you put your scarf on your nose.

It all depends on the moisture of the hay: if it is important, the mold dust remains stuck and therefore does not present any danger, otherwise the wearing of a mask and not to put in the wind are precautions far from being futile.
