Waste from administrations?

interesting the site, although (sorry) not very active given the dates of the messages;).

I am interested in the question of waste and particularly in the management of waste in large administrative units. (imagine offices welcoming 2500 people at 400 kg of waste per year and per employee)
Unfortunately the subject is very little treated in the literature and on the canvas.

For example, the prevention side, or the intelligent sorting aspect such as the recovery of cups or bottles for reimbursement.

I have an example in mind: The last interview I had with a building manager told me that this company had "produced" 137.000 cups in 9 months! Who go in the trash: The use of cups instead of PET cups is not an option. Very few companies produce this type of material.
