Hello.
This is also to be seen if it is serious:

Personally, I never managed to get answers to the emails sent.
Fake site, ghost company?

I read in the document: "There is no accumulation of hydrogen, therefore no risk of explosion!"
Because hydrogen is an explosive?
There are still people who admit that they have things to discover in this world. It's almost reassuring.

Hydrogen is not an explosive. To say otherwise is misinformation. Air Liquide is a big producer of H2, in 2007 they produced 7,5 billion normal cubic meters to ... desulfurize our beloved diesel in order to put it in anti-pollution standards. You should urgently warn Air Liquide that they pose a huge risk to the French population. You can send to email to Bernard Lledos, Director of Scientific Communication at Air Liquide: bernard.lledos@airliquide.com
In the 50s the Americans worked on a hydrogen aircraft project, there has never been an accident, yet we know the safety standards of the 50s ...
Link (in French!) On the project: http://xplanes.free.fr/suntan/cl400-1.html
Hydrogen and safety page: http://xplanes.free.fr/suntan/cl400-7.html :
"When the hydrogen canister was broken and ignited, the flame quickly declined, but when the same thing was done with gasoline, the fire persisted and did much more damage.
The gasoline fire was an order of magnitude more serious than the hydrogen fire. Experimenters have tried to induce hydrogen to explode it, with limited success. For 61 attempts, only two explosions occurred and in both cases, oxygen had to be mixed with hydrogen. The largest explosion was produced by mixing half a liter of liquid oxygen with a similar volume of liquid hydrogen. Johnson and Rich were convinced that, with proper care, liquid hydrogen could be handled quite safely. However, Johnson and Rich filmed their fire and explosion experiences to convince skeptics."
There are thousands of km of hydrogen pipelines in Europe. Firefighters therefore undergo special training and their general opinion is that it is less dangerous than natural gas. The big danger is that the hydrogen burns without visible flame.
