I did a quick search, there are some models available in thread, but it became very rare apparently!

And then also that the seat of the rolling directly low is compatible: the outer cage is 45 mm ...

What a mess for an ATV!

I know...

Ah ah I came across the same product!

But it's an 24 inch to start :?

Uh without pivot I do how? : Cheesy: : Cheesy: Or are the 2 steering bearings of these new fork system? Integrated in the gallows?

Good I like to recover and improve the old but there are limits ... I would not like to put more 50 € in this frame!

Especially since I just saw that we could find for less than 200-250 € NEW full suspension mountain bikes with disk...

Very well rated by the guests.

What do you think? I guess it's low-end for you but hey I have no great pretensions ... except safety and comfort! In case of trouble I know how to do the maintenance and the settings ... Something became rare in view of customer comments that can be read here or there ... ("I bought a new mountain bike it is badly adjusted, reimburse me because I am too stupid to adjust a brake" I exaggerate a little but not so much!)

I have nothing against the low end if it is quality. The Alpha does not look bad. In any case, better than yours who is probably a little tired.

The Apha will wait ... and as I do not understand the standards of the bike forks, I started the reinforcement of the fork ...

I present to you the reinforced fork "ALBATOR"!

For the moment the torsional resistance is already much improved cure! The effort to drive the fork also seems more important ... normal it deforms less!

On the bending I intend to mount 2 tubes in the extension of these 2 there that will enter 2 tubes of the same internal dimension ... and it will also variable damping following the rust : Cheesy: : Cheesy: : Cheesy: and the twist will be really much improved!

Ideally it would take something that is lubricated, waterproof and at a high moment of inertia ... trunk cylinders can be but I doubt about their moment of inertia ... anyway I have not!

Try to recover dampers from the washing machine.

Not serious on the weight, I had too much weight in the back! : Mrgreen:

I might have 600 / 800 gr in addition ... even though I have 1 kg going from 34 to 35 kg will not change much!

By cons improve the rigidity of the fork will change a lot of things! When you go from a motorcycle to a beefier one feels the stiffness of the fork right away!

ps: not found the machine damper, it would have been difficult to adapt anyway and inertia in very average bending I think!
