List price of new electric cars 2011 (France)

by Christophe » 05/01/11, 16:43

What are (or will be) the models, prices (approximate) and availability of new electric cars available in 2011 on the French market?

Here is the beginning of a listing (complete as you wish), other information on each model will follow in specific subjects (this post should be updated regularly):

Let's start with the most "legendary":

Bolloré Blue Car

Style "2005"
Image
Style "2011"
Image

Early 2011

300 euros per month

Official website: http://www.bluecar.fr/

Info on econo:

https://www.econologie.com/la-bluecar-vo ... -3280.html
https://www.econologie.com/la-blue-car-l ... -3642.html

... the more "class":

Tesla Roadster

Image

already available

Around 100 euros (batteries "included" in the price :) )

Official website: http://www.teslamotors.com/
Tested by Pitmix please! Uh no it was by nlc sorry ...
https://www.econologie.com/forums/j-ai-fait- ... t9438.html

... the most "copied" (3 Franco-Japanese clones)

Peugeot Ion

Image

December 2010

500 euros per month (leasing)

Official website: http://www.peugeot.fr/Lesvehicules/Vehi ... /minisite/

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=05TwhTLatQs

... and its 1st clone ...

Citroen C-Zero

Image

December 2010

35 euros including tax

Update January 2010: the official citroën website indicates 29 euros (with the bonus of 556,86 € = less than 5000 € ... it becomes "correct" but nothing more)

Update: it is 29 HT or 556,86 euros TTC, sorry.
We stay above € 30 including tax, bonus of € 000 deducted ...

Official website: http://www.c-zero.citroen.com/
ou http://www.electric.citroen.com/

... and his 2nd clone:

Mitsubishi iMiev (the original of the 3 clones in fact)

Image

33 500 € HT + reduction

Info on econo:
https://www.econologie.com/mitsubishi-i- ... -4086.html
https://www.econologie.com/forums/mitsubishi ... t6280.html

Feeback by Citro and comparison compared to the 106 electric: https://www.econologie.com/forums/i-miev-fee ... 10341.html

AutoPlus test (quick):

After more research it seems that the 3 clones are not so identical, improvements have been made by PSA on the ion (and probably on the czero at the same time).

The most "attacked" (compared to its name):

Renault Zoé

The "concept car"
Image
The reality (it is in fact the electric clio, hey yes there is "contrast" eh !!):
Image

Not before mid 2012

Price still undefined (probably high considering the concept car level) but deemed reasonable by renault: "the price of the vehicle (excluding the battery) will be comparable to that of an equivalent diesel thermal vehicle, after deduction of state aid (tax incentives and ecological bonus)."

Indeed, the prices announced for September 2011 for the other 2 Renault ZEs, the Fluence ZE and the Kangoo ZE seem reasonable to us, see part 2 of the presentation: https://www.econologie.com/forums/liste-et-p ... 38-20.html

Official website: http://www.renault-ze.com/gamme-voiture ... on-12.html

Renault surely awaits feedback from Nissan with the:

Nissan Leaf

Image

June 2011

33 000 euros

Official website: http://www.nissan.fr/vehicles/electricv ... about.html
Info on econo:
https://www.econologie.com/t21-pic-petro ... -4180.html

Honda Fit

Image

Not before 2012

Unknown price

Official website: http://automobiles.honda.com/fit/

Info on econo:
https://www.econologie.com/forums/honda-fit- ... 10176.html

And many others who will complete the list: Renault Fluence, Renault Kangoo, Heuliez Mia electrique, Reva ... to be continued ...

So if I understood correctly, we can already buy either 1 of the 3 clones or the Nissan Leaf?

edit; continuation of the listing (part 2) with the Reva NXR, Heuliez Mia, Renault Fluence ZE, Renault Twizy and Renault Kangoo ZE

When I had to change my car (2009), I did a little research. There was not much, but I found this:

http://www.revafrance.fr/
By cons I had not managed to understand if it was really marketed or not ... :!:
And I remember that I had trouble finding the price. Well, it's always so hard! :?

120km of autonomy.

The new (future?) Version also allows remote preheating (it's a blue car?)

There is also the Heuliez MIA at 18.240 €
I am registered and I was confirmed on November 30 that my reservation is still valid despite the financial problems they have.

Absolutely, I quote the Reva and the Heuliez well at the end :)

It remains now to find some info and complete as you go!

So tomorrow, if I go to see Citroen or Peugeot, can I reserve a C zero or an Ion?

It itches to call them like!

Oops. I even saw it. But you didn't put the link to the site, so I still made my contribution 8)

A priori yes. And you can book a reva too.
But it's weird. For Reva, for example, you have to give € 500 to reserve the future model, but you do not know what you are committing to ...

For Citroën, in fact, if you ask to book, they note your name and they will call you back to try it ...
Suffice to say that it is not the signing of a purchase order ...

In some European countries, yes, but not in France (so as not to overshadow the Renault partner models until they are available).

Missing "Renault Twizy" in the list?

PS
In the series "The three clones", the original is the Mitsubishi : Wink:

Out of curiosity, I have just taken a tour on the Citroën France website. The C-Zero is well presented in the same way as the other models. We can configure it. We can send a commercial offer ...

So yes, I think it is over the counter.

But I haven't seen one yet!

I was contacted by Citroën about 2 months ago (I had left my contact details at a show) to find out if I was still interested in the C-Zero.
Having replied in the affirmative, my correspondent announced to me that he was transmitting my contact details to the dealer closest to my home, and that the sales representative would contact me. 8)

I am still waiting : Cry:

Ok I will add the twizy (and the others) but they have how many in the boxes at renault? I would rather see them on the road ... than in their trade show stands ...

Yes you do well to specify for the "cloning", I just modified the message, I had not thought that it could "fool" the reader. Sorry.

Gaston as soon as you have something new from citroen please tell us :)

ps: did on the site http://www.electric.citroen.com/ it is still in the "reservation" phase
