What would be interesting to know is how much it would cost and with what performance, with Na-ion batteries.
(Some think that even with Na-ion, it would take a small pack of Li-on to withstand the shock of accelerations)
Perhaps the Chinese or Japanese will look into this question. This is probably where EVs will become popular, with battery costs reduced by two-thirds, which will eventually make vehicles more “durable”... thank you for enlightening me better.
