If my memories are good this pendulum starts to move by itself
So why don't we build a machine that could generate energy from this movement
Now I try to know to understand certain things even if they are for some mockers nonsense

Why do you think this pendulum should go off on its own, except to please you?
Do you have any idea of the laws of physics regarding energy?
Do you think that Gallilee ever said something that you think is right?

There is indeed a clock called "perpetual motion"(which is only perpetual in name), but in fact there is only minimal energy recovery available, which can only produce very little mass movement, it dissipates very little too because it only uses changes in temperature and atmospheric pressure A masterpiece of watchmaking optimization ... (there are other principles of recovery and still just as few ...)
Renewable energy recovers much better and particularly thermodynamic solar which has a better yield than atomic energy. So what you are looking for already exists in a lot better than you can think of (temperatures reached up to 2 ° C ... if necessary, but between 000 ° C and 200 ° C are enough to run turbines and produce current.)
