Because there 1 billion Google users could go to court !!

So google constantly listens to users without their knowledge and uses conversations for commercial purposes by targeting ads.
I think it's illegal unless it's mentioned in the terms of use but it would be known, it seems a bit big to me (and really very complicated, managing to target an ad by listening to the convs on the fly).

It is not mentioned because it is shameful and no lawyer would have validated such T & Cs but it exists !! I'm not saying it's 24 hours, but it does exist ...

In this case, if you are sure, you should file a complaint because it is illegal.
But I still had my doubts considering the number of users in the world and the fact that the experience should be easily reproducible.

It is mentioned (yes, if Totophe), at Apple and at Google. You just have to read.
After that, just because it's mentioned doesn't mean it's legal.
