If it produces more than it takes away, for sure ...

Hold on while we're in pachydermal psychology ...

I recently made a red cabbage quiche ... super good, homemade recipe but I won't tell you about the evening and the night of flatulence ... to disgust myself! : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen:

Within hours, I was a climate disaster all to myself! I probably issued the equivalent of a few (tens?) Km by car!

Has anyone looked into good food habits against greenhouse gas emissions? Because there are still some foods that are beautiful methanogenic crap !!

Out of 7 billion, that must weigh in the climate balance, right? We always blame the cows ...

It's a “mammoth” subject : Mrgreen: (my mouth)

To make it ultra-short:
- you point your finger at the very basis of orthomolecular medicine (in connection with the disappearance of mammoths?)
- this starts from the principle of observing what goes in VS goes out of the human body => then observations of the benefits (or not).
- if you have a good balance of your intestinal microbiota:
=> your stools are coated with mucus, they are not odorous (do not attract predators => sign of weakening)
=> in principle you don't have flatulence (unless ... it depends on what you eat ... but too much flatulence is a bad sign)

And of course all the perceived physiological signs, maybe (should be) “treated / analyzed” in this way. To go back to the causes. All our senses inform us, we just have to listen to them: the smell, the taste, the color, the appetite that comes simply by seeing such or such healthy food on the stalls, which makes us salivate and makes us want to get it ... (if so, you have to go eh ...)

Do the following experiment: go to an ORGANIC store and feel if the perceived smells make you hungry (or name), then repeat the same thing while going to McDonald's ... Do these fast-food smells cause the same appetite ? (Take the test!)

Attention on this last point (highlighted in yellow) a borderline or sick person, is often attracted by what destroys him:
The obese will be attracted to fatty foods (bad fats)
The diabetic attracted by sweet foods (especially the bad refined “sugars”, bread, pasta, pastries, cakes, sodas)
The wine lover will be attracted to alcohol ...
The cigar aficionado, attracted by cigarettes ...
The hypertensive attracted by salt ...
The addict in regular contact with toxic products, attracted by chemical tastes ...

The common denominator being that anything that creates “shoots” in the body, can be toxic and addictive ...
But the good news is, you can get away with “listening to your body” and wanting to.

And the disappearance of the mammoth is no exception, it has a cause! If this cause is reproduced, despite their reintroduction, they could disappear again ... (most probable hypothesis ...)

It is Prof. Joyeux who says in one of his videos / lectures that:
- “if you want this or that cancer, I can tell you exactly what to eat to cause it”

(and other diseases, and it's absolutely true ...)

Death threats are never humor.
To pass them off as humor, and to qualify them with a term as weak as "not terrible", is to water down them in order to accept them.
It's a shame.

Except there was no death threat. Never. That in your head and that of Christophe.
