NASA: ecologists extraterrestrials to Earth?

by Christophe » 24/08/11, 10:56

The extraterrestrials ready to convert to ecology?

Scenario disaster, but seriously considered by NASA scientists: the extraterrestrials could attack us if we do not become more eco-friendly.

If humans and extraterrestrials were to meet one day, it would probably be to discuss climate change. This is one of the very serious conclusions of a group of NASA scientists having studied the different scenarios of a possible contact with the aliens. Although he considers this meeting unlikely, the report questions: would it be "beneficial or harmful for humanity? "

Several possibilities, comments Ian Sample in the British newspaper The Guardian. Or these beings are cooperative, and allow the human race to progress and acquire new knowledge ... to eradicate hunger and poverty on Earth. Or - this is the worst case scenario - the extraterrestrials are attacking us, eating or even worse, practicing some physical experience that makes our little corner of the galaxy uninhabitable.

Environmental damage

The most serious of the world, researchers detail these different hypotheses before concluding: in doubt, we had better conduct ourselves properly with these extraterrestrials - whose existence, remember, remains very eventual. Because according to the report, these aliens "may disapprove of the environmental damage caused by humans and, in effect, seek to eliminate us in order to save the Earth". The priority is to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions, "since the atmospheric composition can be observed from other planets".

According to scientists, even if these extra-terrestrial beings have no "ecological conscience", continuing to pollute the atmosphere poses a problem: from space, these atmospheric evolutions would prove the uncontrollable nature of growth. of our civilization. And who says "excessive expansion" says "danger" for these brave ... green men.

This is not the hypothetical, there are nearly 10 to re-entries and exits per day, of vehicles not using "traditional" propulsion, displacement technology not known to date and considered as such as of extraterrestrial origin.

Why not, it's called meddling, but you just wouldn't think we would be allowed to spoil a "repair station" or lab that they might ever need.

"They" probably know better than us: they've probably been there before! :D

We are trying to prevent the ugly Kadafi from killing his fellow citizens.

So what???

They are waiting what to tell us about their propulsion technologies so we can do without this mess of oil and fossil energy ... : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen:

They probably wait until we are mature enough to use these technologies wisely, just to see what we did with the nuke ...

Absolutely!
If humanity could master a new source of energy, much more from an extraterrestrial civilization, the first thing it would do with it is a weapon!
In case of contact with an EBE * (extraterrestrial biological entity) the shock of civilization would not be expected ...
If the EBEs do not make "contact" with us, it is above all because we are not culturally ready to welcome them, there would be a psychological shock with catastrophic repercussions.

* In the hypothesis where they exist ...

you want to talk about all the military and dictator and arms manufacturers ...
because we can think that some are ready to welcome them in a peaceful (humanist?)

I think that all humanity would be upset, from a religious, cultural, political, economic point of view, etc.
There is certainly the advent of sects (Rael and co) who will be messengers, groups will take advantage of them to lead revolutions, many people will stop working, every power will try to appropriate new technologies, in short, chaos.

And if the extra terrestrial had nothing to shake the earth or our planet ???

Since the dawn of humanity, we have always believed in the center of the universe .... but it is surely not the case .... they may have other cat whipping. : Mrgreen:

The Fermi principle says in summary "if we see no aliens, it means that there are none".

It could very well hide (no interference), or have nothing to beat, as Flytox said.

Or, we are not even able to perceive them ...

But the fact that everyone keeps talking about it is symptomatic, I think.
