Apparently, the choice that had been made for planet Earth was a planet with individual choice, which seems to be an extreme rarity in the universe.
it seems that for the other entities, what matters is the group. What is important to them is what is good for the whole.
Humans on Earth would represent a test, rather successful, but a little bumpy.

in the post which appears to be from Ashtar Sheran of the Galaxy "Command" in 1977, it seems to me.
He gave the information that planet Earth was going to start one of its revolutions and that as such it was necessary to stop everything related to nuclear ...

If what is happening in Japan were to increase. If the earthquakes increases in the United States, it will be good to re-read what Edgar Cayce had said in 1930 on previews, because it could be that we are right in the middle.
