Useful for sizing a wind turbine.
For a paddle wheel (see 1st calculations here: energies-renewable / small-hydroelectric turbine-12v-on-a-over-and-water-t6063.html ), the Cx of these forms would be required in water. If anyone has them?

Cx values
The total Cx of a mobile depends on the coefficient of friction, the shape of the speed profile ("turbulent" profile, laminar profile), the drag induced by the lift.
The coefficient of friction depends on the Reynolds number and the degree of laminarity of the surface.
* in aerodynamics, the Cx of a wing is approximately 0,005 to 0,010 in flight, depending on the Reynolds number and the laminarity;
* in hydrodynamics, the Cx of a foil (submerged bearing wing) is approximately 0,03 at cruising speed (for a Cz of 0,6 and a fineness of 20).
