A 100% mechanical mango bandit under phun: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AmvIOZ8MLFU

Hats off to its designer.
Certainly there is only 1 gain (the jackpot) but still ... ingenious!

I say: PHUN course compulsory in mechanical engineering school!

Not bad the random system!

Maloche if you have a moment, test the "water" equipment, it's great, we can "simulate" tsunami in a glass of water : Cheesy: : Cheesy:

ps: Phun is actually the free version of a more complete paid software, which means that it is restrained ... sniff ...

Relaunch of subject, a video made on Phun ... sadly topical: the simulation of a school bus accident

It looks pretty good as modeling software. But getting started with it is not easy!

I would like to model 2 types of simple springs:
- a compression spring which compresses
- a tension spring which stretches

Next I will see to insert these 2 models in a special device.
Who can help me get started?

Not me lol but we can re learn together ...

Obviously online help is quite limited I did not even find a manual ... a forum "official" exists but it's buggy, no longer updated since 2009, so I can't link it here (search under google)

From what I saw the springs exist ... see if there is also a damper function?

In fact Phun has not been developed since 2008.

The new version is Algodoo: http://www.algodoo.com/ more user-friendly and with new functions, including the light that we can decompose with geometric glass shapes ... visible force vectors to make some more serious modeling ... some mini games to download ... I have spent 2 hours on it this afternoon with my little one who had a good laugh!

Download here: http://www.algodoo.com/download/ there is an iPAD version (but not yet Android)
