A few days later, on May 9, 2009, it was in Canada that this circle appeared.
And it is not the first time apparently because a few days earlier, it happened at least twice ...

Hic, in the 2 cases (especially the 1st) it seems to me that it is a bug / bad setting of the rain radar, I noticed one a few months ago and I talked about it here: https://www.econologie.com/forums/bug-du-rad ... 11131.html
