An "up" of death on this subject for two reasons:
- fuel at 2 € per liter, we start talking about it on tv
- I did not find in this subject any information concerning the Tesla "free energy" car.

His car, from what little knowledge I have and from what I understood, was running on the means to pick up neutrino radiation (what he called "ether").
Why don't we ever talk about this forgotten car?

In a word as in a hundred: transmission of energy by electromagnetic waves. Watch the video, behind the teacher we see the same antenna as on the boat (2.07s then 2.49s and 3.17s). That said, be careful at the start of the video with the tube very lond, immediately after the demonstration the technician lowers the power of the transmitter to prevent the engine from running too fast (2.14s).
The two antennas set two meters from each other the power should not be huge ....

Indeed if they interacted with metals, they would not cross the earth filled with massive iron in its center on 2000km at least !!

So this experiment is purely transverse ordinary radio waves presented in a misleading manner with errors of logic in theory !!
