US was conducting HIV tests in Ukraine, Russian Defense says
More than 20.000 documents on American biological activities in Ukraine have been found by the Russian army. They confirm that Washington was conducting trials there related to HIV and psychotropic drugs, in particular on Ukrainian soldiers. Some documents also prove the involvement of the United States in the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Russian military obtained more than 20.000 documents and elements on the US military-biological program during the special operation, said the chief of the radiological, chemical and biological defense forces.
These documents confirm that the Pentagon intended to create components of biological weapons and to test them on the Ukrainian population, as well as on those living near the Russian borders, notes the instance.
Meanwhile, Washington is relocating its organic program, moving those companies from Ukraine to Poland and the Baltics.
HIV tests
There are elements referring to the tests carried out by the United States on HIV, indicates the head of this department of Defense, Igor Kirillov.
