I didn't know where to ask this question but it was by remembering a guy I saw 10 days ago who lives on his boat.

Can this person, after having filled up with provisions for 1 month (for example) go alone at sea on his sailboat?

I admit that I don't know if this person is outlawed? (or con)

I suppose so because in doing so he takes risks and if he has to come to his aid this is not the time like the one who wants to go alone in the mountains.

But in fact I don't know.

No ... I imagine it was Raoult's doses? 600 mg per day therefore?

Conversely, Estrosi confirmed to have been treated with chloroquine for 6 days and to be in good shape ...
