Body overheating due to high humidity
(The economical solution: lower the humidity - to be able to sweat)

As soon as the humidity exceeds 70%,
The air is too saturated with water,
Air can no longer accept moisture from perspiration

The heat exchange by evaporation is blocked.
*** The body temperature will rise, up to the discomfort and death. ***
Under these conditions stop physical exercise,
cool the body!

The economical solution: lower the humidity - to be able to sweat
- pumping humidity "also" lowers the temperature

And also more generally! Sweating like a pig, you're overheating,
your effort should be limited in time.
- cool the body!

I lived (as the maximum and only problem)
last year during a heat wave
"inside 28 ° and 75% humidity" (low pressure and rain),
feeling of suffocation, wanting to open the window.

My conclusion :
most of the time it takes almost nothing in energy
to maintain comfort

but it's nothing at all !!

at 75% we still evaporate well !!
It is only 90% or even 100% that we do not evaporate anything at all !!

It is only at 95 ° F or even 100 ° Farenheit (8 ° C more at 36 ° C) that we have problems with 100% humidity such as, once in 2, on the entire east coast of the USA or the equatorial countries in summer (India) that it becomes difficult, with especially the smell of your sweat which rots everything and the sweat just by wiggling your little finger !!

At 28 ° C and 75% at my age I pedal happily !!
And even I like it right now in the Var, stuffed with figs !!

Finally by going for a bike, you know when the temperature approaches 34 to 37 ° C, because then the wind warms you instead of cooling you, funny feeling, for example in 2003 with the heat wave !!
And in 2003 I did not use the air conditioning scam, which worked then !!

So not many pedals !!
