I am thinking more and more of planting an indoor vegetable garden.

certainly :

But right now, considering the sun, and the heat, it is also good outside or on a balcony, except for shade and humidity plants and it is a little late, because the seeds even in the dark can guess seasons !!

But it is more work which allows us to become aware of the work of organic growers and also of the very different biotopes of plants, more or less difficult. !!

We can even avoid buying seeds, or plants with its seeds collected, cuttings or layering, such as a core of broccoli that regrows, or the dragons of wild strawberries, blackberries or raspberries, more or less wild.
Even a fig tree, cuttings taken in autumn on a wild fig tree outside, and pruned to reduce its size !!

In the same family, 2 years later: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FdHvwkVtRic

POWDERS AND POTIONS OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY

The additives created by companies in the agro-food industry have found an increasingly bulky place in the entire range of foods that we consume today, and this without our being really aware of it. Under obscure names "of aromas", of "synthetic taste", "of sweeteners" and other qualifiers straight out of a chemical box of pandora, these manufacturers proceed to a pernicious poisoning of all that we put in our plates.
The vertiginous increase in cases of diabetes, kidney failure, heart problems, allergies, obesity, or even these poisonings of "lots" that are urgently removed from the rays, corroborates this. that technicians, consumer associations and doctors have been announcing for decades.
Because all this shenanigans of substitutions has as sole objective that to reduce the manufacturing costs of these sometimes deadly products.
The cook is no longer, even if from time to time one appears on the screen, a screwed cap, accent of the soil, and coming to boast a cooked dish or a yogurt with an absolutely tasteless natural flavor; 21st century food has become nothing more than big money and unscrupulous chemists.

Hi Christopher!

It seems that we do a little everything we want in Europe from what I see, here the fashion is natural and organic without adding unnatural preservative, it is a shame because l Europe is a step ahead in terms of food when we talk about production and packaging equipment but how far does research and development stop when it affects our plate ...

The recession may have something to do with the idiocy of wanting to produce food at a lower cost, I have been referring for several years to our little cakes where now we use as frosting whipped fat instead of butter and sugar as formerly, the problem is that we are not satisfied and we eat 4 times more to compensate for the lack which is very harmful for our health, that said I prefer to eat a small piece that satisfies me than eating 4 times this junk without taste that we are sold on the pretext that it is more dietetic!
