Oral hygiene: sonic toothbrushes!

Oral hygiene: "sonic" toothbrushes!
(Also called with the terminology "sonic")

Image

Késako: there, I discovered that in more depth recently, and I wanted to have the opinion of those who heard about it or that they use it. It is true that it is not "brand new", but as there was no thread on it, I stick to it :)

And if you don't know that, please comment on this innovative idea too. You like, you don't like .... it's up to you to say why.

Nothing to do with the electric or electric rotary toothbrush!

It's high-tech! (I already know some who will not like?)

up to 30'000 vibrations per minute at 250 Hz, thus, it is the sound which would kill the bacteria !!! This is what gently "liquefies dental plaque" by recreating a flow of liquid (associated with toothpaste) found in mountain torrents, so there would be no danger to your teeth or gums, quite the contrary!

Image

Because this hydrodynamics exerts, on the teeth, in the dental interstices and under the gums, an additional cleaning effect, helping to tear apart the biofilm and wiping out harmful bacteria hiding inside and below!

It would guarantee breathtaking results:

- Effective plaque removal in no time.
- Makes teeth noticeably smooth and clean - reducing the toughest deposits and tartar.
- Significantly reduces stains left on tooth enamel by the consumption of coffee, tea or nicotine.
- Transforms the toothpaste into an active foam reaching the plate even in places that are difficult to access.
- Ensures healthier teeth and stronger and firmer gums.
- Perfectly suitable for dental implants or sensitive necks and for wearers of dental braces.
- For healthier teeth for a lifetime!

However, some say that if you use this system, you should nevertheless brush your teeth once a day with a traditional brush, in order to massage the gum ...

And so of course - whatever the system - we brush them preferably 2x a day at least and dental floss 1x a day!

...>

PS: I would also be interested in it, because mouthwashes have too much chemistry in it for me ... And others are too violent to be honest (like taste, Listerine type, etc.)

Yes, thank you but:
- it does not tell us what you think of these sonic brushes (or we do not brush at all anyway, since we only touch the teeth and gums)
- and why sea salt (unrefined, that I understand)?
- and why not with clay?
- and why not with baking soda + dilute oxygenated water?

As soon as we know that what dislodges the plaque it's brushing, since we could even brush without toothpaste or anything!

- what about the massage of the gums with the finger ???
- what about interdental space?
- what about biofilm? Does raw sea salt eliminate it? Studies on this?
- what is the difference between unrefined sea salt and baking soda, in terms of bactericide?

not even know, so no opinion!
- and why sea salt (unrefined, that I understand)?

because if you swallow it, it can't hurt your heart!
- and why not with clay?

It also works, that's what I use from time to time!
- and why not with baking soda + dilute oxygenated water?

Not tried!
As soon as we know that what dislodges the plate is brushing, since we could even brush without toothpaste or nothing!

This is what I also do, only brushing. Small drawback the plastic hairs slightly scratch the enamel like the car wash rollers and facilitate clogging.

- what about the massage of the gums with the finger ???

Like all massages, it tones the massaged part without aggressiveness by any instrument.
- what about interdental space?

There not effective!
- what about biofilm? Does raw sea salt eliminate it? Studies on this?

no idea
- what is the difference between unrefined sea salt and baking soda, in terms of bactericide?

no idea either.

Obamot you disappoint me, so you too work for the lobby! :frown:

: Mrgreen: No just kidding!
I have absolutely no knowledge of this technology, but if the efficiency is at the meeting why not.
If it can reduce the use of toothpaste (given the shit there is) it's all beneficial.

I'm thinking particularly of fluorine and parabens, titanium dioxide ...
On tubes of toothpaste they are often noted that the use is not recommended for children under 6 years ... and that one should not use too large a dose ...

Currently available at Aldi ... With extensions for the interdental space, for dental floss and brush for the tongue (!) Good, it tickles a little : Cheesy:

Feedback 3 months after day-for-day ....

It's FANTASTIC, probably the best purchase I have ever made.

The feeling of cleanliness is total, the feeling of acid-base balance that it leaves in the mouth is completely neutral! It's awesome.

Particularly suitable for all reluctants of oral hygiene ...

Never had such a feeling of well-being after brushing my teeth, never had such a feeling of cleanliness! No more fear of not having brushed enough, the dream what ...

So I voted "for" : Mrgreen:

And by snacking all the time, no need to wash the ratiches.
Ultrasound for cleaning parts, dishes… Why not teeth?

But the exposure time is much shorter!

Now, if you only have artificial teeth, it's worth a try ...

Otherwise, you have to see in the long run, if the teeth do not get loose,
with the downside that your mouth won't start to smell?

: Lol:
