I just did it and I am at 1.8 for the first and 1.5 for the second, and yet I do not do sports every day and I do not eat only vegetarian products!
Despite these rather convincing tests if I want to have my certificate of non-contraindication to the practice of free flight, I wonder how it is that under certain conditions, I am out of breath if only while running (or walking) on a slope with low gradient or playing with my dog for example.
This shortness of breath accompanied by a painful overpressure in the left hand to the fingertips and a weight in the middle of the chest in not even a minute of rise to the step of a 15% rating.
While in other circumstances, (for example during sail inflation exercises), I can spend an entire afternoon running like a madman and going up / down the school slope without having the slightest sign of fatigue or anything is !
It's a mystery to me!

Consult a cardiologist, I don't want to scare you but pain in the left arm accompanied by a weight in the middle of the chest is often the harbinger of a heart attack, or a heart problem.
Have you told your doctor about it?

You did not read well:

"a painful overpressure in the left hand to the tips of the fingers"

And only in the hand, like ants.
Besides, sometimes in both.
Not in the arm!

You should even talk to your doctor.
It's not necessarily serious but you never know.
Haven't you had tests at a cardiologist to be able to practice free flight?

No, because I've never had heart problems, and then it's weird that it only happens in a situation of least effort!
And also, when I garden or the like, nothing happens!
It only happens when the effort is weak for a short time, like walking quietly without forcing on a hill and immediately accelerating suddenly for 10 seconds, and it stops when it happens, with a little dizzy.
As I am subject to hypotension, I wonder if it is not due to this!

A priori, check with a doctor and take measurements.

As I am subject to hypotension, I wonder if it is not due to this!

can explain the ants in the hand, which arrive after long cut off from the arrival of the blood (cold, support on the arteries) and its return by restoring circulation.
Standing low blood pressure prevents enough blood in the head and we fall in apples, especially if we get up suddenly, quite common at home after squatting on the ground for a long time (5 minutes) and getting up quickly, I must lower myself.
We have a whole system of balancing blood pressure, which if not perfect can explain.

Maybe at rest, spontaneously, as with cold, you have weak circulation in these closed arteries at rest, and that a beginning of effort, restores a good circulation of blood which therefore causes ants (usual when coming back from 'a great winter cold for my fingers).
So, if that's it, by continuing the effort, it passes and disappears with an intense effort, as for my fingers staying warm.

But if you have this effect, at rest contraction of certain arteries and veins, not localized in the hands, but in the lungs, the brain and even the heart, and reopening, with the beginning of effort, as seems to indicate the weight in the chest with a little head spinning, it seems to me to have risks, portions of the lungs, heart, brain, without enough blood at rest, then you must consult, explaining repeatedly the singularity of your symptoms, absent with greater effort, unusual, for doctors to tire of thinking.

I seem to remember having seen, shown on TV, a disease of someone with poor blood circulation, as if it were very cold, even when warm.

It is true that I am by nature, subject to stress, therefore nervous.

But if you have this effect, at rest contraction of certain arteries and veins, not localized in the hands

If it is precisely located in the hands!

So look if the symptoms match these possibilities of medical specialists, among many others, with great care:

And where do you find a 66-story building?
What heights are they? How many steps do the stairs have?
Are they made of wood, concrete, rubber? because running on rubber stairs is not fake! You shouldn't be soft on the knee ...

About doctor dede, it is normal that I have ants in the hands when they explore the anthill ??? how long does it remain before dissolution by formic acid if, in my infinite patience, I lie on the edge of it ?????
