The "restless anus" syndrome, a new side effect of Covid-19



Similar to restless leg syndrome, restless anus syndrome is believed to be a new symptom of Covid-19.

"This case fulfilled 4 essential characteristics of RLS, the desire to move, worsening with rest, improving with exercise and worsening at night", detail the authors.

The latter add that the restless anus syndrome proves once again that Covid-19 is capable of spreading in the neurological sphere.
